Staff and Operations (2016)
Molly Goodwin played middle linebacker for the Massachusetts Mutiny (2006-2007), the Boston Militia (2008-2013), and the first US Women’s National Football Team (2013). She attended the University of California at Berkeley, where she played on the women’s soccer and ultimate teams. After college, Goodwin continued playing ultimate for eleven years, going on to win a total of 11 Ultimate Frisbee National and three World Championships; the only ultimate player to achieve that many titles. Goodwin grew up in Denver, Colo., as an avid football fan with a particular fondness for middle linebacker Tom Jackson and the Denver Broncos. Now residing in Brighton, Molly is a financial planner at iCapital, LLC, a Board Member of Provincetown Cares, a former Chair for the Fenway Health Center Women’s Dinner Party, and a community organizer and volunteer.
Erin Baumgartner played wide receiver and safety for the Boston Militia (2009-2011). She had previously played Ultimate Frisbee for ten years for various teams in Boston. Erin graduated with a Masters degree from New York University in 2002 after living and studying in France for several years. She is currently the Assistant Director of the Senseable City Lab at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Erin is an avid volunteer in her community, working with the elderly and cooking for the homeless. She lives in Somerville with her husband Tim and her toothless dog, Frank.
General Manager Benjamin Brown first joined the Renegades in its inaugural 2015 season. He is also the team’s Strength and Conditioning Coach. In 2014, he served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Militia and the Boston Bandits, a men’s semi-pro football team. Previous to that, Brown was the GM and Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New England Intensity (2005-2013), helping them improve from a 1-9 record to playing in three consecutive conference championship games from 2011 to 2013. After graduating from Georgia Tech in 1996, Brown became commissioned in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain and serving in Iraq. Brown lives in Dedham, Mass., and enjoys spending time with those close to him, shooting, golfing, skiing, and making obscure song and movie references.
Michelle McDonough is a Managing Partner at Trillium Asset Management, a Boston-based socially responsible investment firm. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Winslow Management, an investment firm focusing on green investing. She began her career in asset management at Adams Harkness & Hill in 1999. Michelle holds a B.A. from Salem State College. In addition to her work with the Renegades she currently sits on the Board of Ambassadors for the Home for Little Wanderers and is the President of AUG, The Exchange a networking organization focused on the asset management and wealth management industry.
Mark works with our staff, coaches, and players to strengthen the team’s image and message through all our external communications. He brings over 20 years of experience in branding and communications design from the sectors of small business, non profit, and government.
Meg is a native of Reading, Massachusetts, and an Athletics Communications Intern for Harvard University Athletics. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island (URI) where she majored in Communication Studies and minored in Public Relations. She also worked at the URI Sports Information office, and was a media relations intern for the Northeast Conference in Somerset, New Jersey. Meg has previously worked with the North Shore Navigators, the Boston Breakers, and The Daily Times Chronicle.
