JUNE 29, 2019 – For the second time in as many games, the Boston Renegades soundly defeated their archrivals the D.C. Divas. Boston advances to the Women’s Football Alliance Division I National Championship on July 13.
JUNE 28, 2019 – Nine players from the Boston Renegades have been recognized as All-Americans by the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA).
JUNE 15, 2019 – Wide receiver Satoria Bell flexed her way to three touchdown receptions and running back Ruth Matta exploded for three rushing scores and a punt return touchdown as the Renegades downed the D.C. Divas 62-32.
JUNE 13, 2019 – Many former players from the region’s women’s football teams of the past are expected to attend the first Boston Women’s Football Alumni Appreciation Day this Saturday 6/15/2019.
JUNE 8, 2019 – The Boston Renegades defeated the Baltimore Nighthawks yesterday to advance to 7-0. Wide receiver Stephanie Pascual caught two of quarterback Allison Cahill’s four touchdown passes, while running back Ruth Matta again topped 100 yards, scoring two rushing touchdowns.
May 16, 2019 — The Boston Renegades’ recent road trip to face the New York Wolves was the subject of journalist Esteban Bustillos’ story for WGBH Radio’s Morning Edition.
APRIL 27, 2018 — Angelica Pascual and Ruth Matta rushed for a combined 219 yards and three touchdowns as the Renegades defeated their archrivals to improve to 3-0.
APRIL 23, 2019 — Helsinki Roosters wide receiver Janna-Jemina Seiles has taken on a new challenge by playing football in the United States with the Boston Renegades of the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA).
APRIL 6, 2019 — The Boston Renegades opened the 2019 season in Florida Saturday night to face the Tampa Bay Inferno. Quarterback Allison Cahill completed three touchdown passes and running back Angelica Pascual rushed for three scores en route to an impressive 61-7 victory.
APRIL 5, 2019 – The Boston Renegades will begin the 2019 women’s tackle football season with a road game against the Tampa Bay Inferno. The two franchises have never met, making this an out-of-the-ordinary matchup.
