Prior to football, Eddy excelled at high school soccer in her native Rutland, Vt., where she was selected multiple years as all-league and all-state goalkeeper. She continued her athletic career playing soccer and softball at St. Anselm’s College.
Vicky’s dedication and love for football has helped pave the way in Boston for the women’s game over the last two decades. She played in more than 180 career games for the Massachusetts Mutiny, New England Intensity, Connecticut Crush, Boston Militia, and Boston Renegades. As a member of the Boston Militia in 2013, Eddy notched her 100th victory on the gridiron in a 42-28 win over the Pittsburgh Passion.
Widely respected and admired by her peers in football, Eddy is an eight-time All Star, a five-time national champion, a two-time gold medal winner, and one of the legends of the game.
