Don Williams was the head coach of the Boston Renegades in 2015. Previous to that, Williams was on the staff of the Boston Militia for all seven of their seasons, first as a wide receivers coach and then as defensive line coach. He helped coach the team to three championship victories. Before deciding to focus his coaching efforts on women’s tackle football, Williams was also the head coach of the Boston Panthers and the Boston Ravens men’s semi-professional football teams that were part of the EFL, NAFL, and the LaBelle Football Leagues. Williams played ten seasons of football on the semi-pro level as a running back and tight end before retiring to begin his coaching career. When not coaching, the 10-year veteran of the US Navy works as a private investigator.
