Mark Harding coached the Renegades offensive line in 2015. Previous to that, he was the quarterback/wide receiver coach for the Boston Militia. Harding had extensive coaching experience in the semi-pro Eastern Football League, including his time as the head coach and owner of the Granite State Knights. He also played for ten years with the Randolph Oilers in the EFL. Mark Harding had the honor of being inducted into the Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2013.
