Ben Brown Headshot

Ben Brown is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, currently re-certified with distinction. He is also a USA Track and Field and USA Weightlifting Coach.

Brown has been the Renegades’ General Manager and Strength and Conditioning Coach since the team’s inception in 2015.

In 2014, Ben was strength and conditioning coach for the Boston Militia and the Boston Bandits, a men’s semipro football team. Both teams were highly successful; The Bandits went 8-2, advancing to their conference finals, and the Boston Militia were undefeated, earning a national championship title.

From 2005 to 2013, Brown was the general manager and strength and conditioning coach for the New England Intensity. He helped them improve from a 1-9 record to playing in three consecutive conference championship games.

Ben became a member of Boston Women’s Football’s 100 Club in 2021 with a 62-0 victory over the Baltimore Nighthawks.

Ben is a graduate of Georgia Tech and a current Marine Captain who served in Iraq. He lives in Dedham, Mass., and enjoys spending time with those close to him, shooting, golfing, skiing, and making obscure song and movie references.
